I have condensed over 10 years of experiences, learning and discoveries

Over 10 years ago, I was stressed out, anxious and unhappy. Everything felt like too much of an effort. I couldn't sit still for 2 minutes and my mind never gave me a break from the negative mental chatter.

Through yoga, meditation, walks in nature, mindfulness and self-coaching, I have reached a place in life where I am happy with who I am. I am comfortable in my own skin and I have tools to deal with the stress of daily life.

Stress is a fact of life.
